Marking the 25th hit to the bridge in the last three year, a truck hit the railroad bridge that runs over Onondaga Lake Parkway in Salina, NJ. The incident occurred Monday afternoon. The Onondaga County Sherriff’s Office told Local SYR News that a J.B. Hunt driver from New Jersey couldn’t make the clearance under the bridge. Only the truck’s wind deflector was damaged spreading its debris across the parkway.
The driver was ticketed for having a commercial vehicle on the parkway and for disobeying a traffic control device.
