Job Description

KAD Worldwide, Inc with FedEx Ground has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for delivery drivers. Our delivery drivers will be operating 16 ft box trucks primarily in the Washington DC area. You will be operating out of the FedEx terminal at 11900 Trolley Lane, Beltsville, MD 20705 United States. We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to work as part of a team! No CDL required! Company vehicle provided! Previous experience with Amazon, UPS and USPS is a plus, but training is provided! Military veterans are welcome!

Pay: $800-$1000 (gross) a week!

Training Period: 2 weeks on all routes

Sign On Bonus: $500 (payable after 120 days employed)

Schedule: Mon-Fri and Saturday during peak season

Daily Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm OR 9:00am-6:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Arrive at FedEx terminal on time to pick up vehicle and packages
  • Conduct pre/post trip vehicle inspections
  • Operate delivery vehicles safely, securely, and competently
  • Handle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weights without damage to the packages, vehicle, or yourself
  • Effectively use GPS to arrive at your destinations accurately
  • Scanning and logging packages

Requirements:

  • Drivers must be 21 years of age or older
  • Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report
  • Drivers must be willing to submit to a background check
  • Drivers must be able to physically manage packages up to 150 lbs
  • Drivers must be able to work in all weather conditions
  • Drivers must be able to pass a drug test and DOT physical exam (PAID BY EMPLOYER)

Pay: $800.00 – $1,000.00 per week

Day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

  • 10 hour shift
