Job Description

Stradegy Logistics Corp., an Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground, is now hiring FedEx Delivery Drivers.

CDL Not Required!!

You will be operating out of the FedEx Terminal at 1675 Airport Rd NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144

Pay: $120/day with a daily stop threshold based on the route (typical stop thresholds are 70-100) – $1 stop after a stop threshold based on the route

Schedules Available: 5 day work week including Sundays

We are looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to deliver and pick up packages from local businesses and residences.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Report for the last 3 years. (No suspensions, Speeding Tickets, DUI, Reckless Driving, or At Fault Accidents)
  • 1 Year of Job-Related Driving Experience within the last 3 years: (Uber, Lyft, Pizza Delivery, Landscaping, Delivery of any sorts, School Bus, or Military)
  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must Be able to read, speak and write English
  • Pass FedEx Ground approval process to become a qualified driver
  • Be of legal status to work in the USA
  • Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Medical / Physical Exam (Paid by Employer)
  • No felonies / violent misdemeanors or drug related misdemeanors in the last 10 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Be on site at the terminal on time and ready to work each work day
  • Safely drive either step vans, sprinters, or box trucks
  • Be able to work in all types of weather
  • Be able to work after dark
  • Be able to do a lot of walking at a steady pace
  • Be able to climb stairs
  • Must be able to lift 75lbs (150lbs + with assistance)
  • Be able to adapt to situations to meet customers’ needs
