Job Description

Our FedEx Ground company Ark Line is looking for people who have been SAFE
Local Drivers, Route Drivers, Truck Drivers, Couriers, Pick Up Drivers, Delivery
drivers- and if you have driven for UPS, Amazon, previous FedEx companies,
DHL, Wal-Mart or any other similar companies is a plus and we have a
Full Time job waiting for you as we are hiring urgently and immediately.

We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to work as part of a team! We look forward to having you on the team !!!

We are a company that contracts with FedEx Ground to provide outstanding delivery service to the Bethesda and Chevy Chase MD areas.

We are now accepting applications for SAFE full-time drivers.

Terminal Location: 800 North Frederick Ave, Gaithersburg MD
No CDL required!!!

Example Schedule: Tues-Sat; Sun-Thurs

 Starting $1.25/stop with a min of $750/five day week

Pickup / Delivery Driver Job Information:
 Safe operation of company vehicles
 We operate 7 days per week so availability on weekends is required.
This is a physical job and requires that the delivery driver gets in and out of the truck.

Requirements of Delivery Driver:

All applicants MUST meet ALL of the following criteria (NO EXCEPTIONS):

 1 year of verifiable job-related driving experience in the last 3 years OR 5 years of verifiable job-related driving experience in the last 5 years. Driving experience must be verifiable. MILITARY DRIVING, MOVING TRUCK, LANDSCAPE DRIVER IS ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE
 Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Medical / Physical Exam (Paid by
Employer!)
 Must be willing to have and pass a background check
 Clean Motor Vehicle Record
 Applicants must be 21 years of age or older and have a full drivers license
(provisional licenses are not accepted)
 Physically able to handle packages up to 150 lbs
 Have dependable transportation
 Safety mindset
 The ability to locate suburban addresses using GPS and/or maps is a must and a good general knowledge of our service area which includes the Bethesda and Chevy Chase areas in Maryland.

Responsibilities of Pickup / Delivery Driver:
 Arrive at the FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and deliver packages
 Loading and Unloading packages from the truck
 Picking up and delivering packages to the destination using a GPS system
 Scanning and Logging Packages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $750.00 per week
