Andy Mattingly started his trucking company, PACE Field Services LLC. PACE stands for Positive Attitude Changes Everything! They believe that the positive attitude has helped the company grow in many ways.
Initially started by one truck, the company now has over 40 heavy haul trucks and the growth is only increasing. Andy and his brother, Chris, work together on the company. Chris was in the military for 16 years before he got out in 2012. Once he got out, it was a no brainer that he would ask his brother to move to Texas so they could figure life out together.
PACE Services LLC hauls many different things, and focuses on helping out their local companies and the industry across the country. PACE is a rapidly growing business in need of more drivers. PACE also has been struggling with diesel costs considering the rapid growth of the company. Even during such a time, Andy and Chris rely on their Positive Attitude to get through any obstacle the industry throws their way. The positivity they are showing is creating a ripple effect, creating an even better environment for truckers.
