Peach Salsa Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- ½ jar peach preserves
- ½ jar of red salsa
Instructions
- Cook chicken in slow cooker for 3 hours on high covered
- After 3 hours drain liquids from cooker
- Mix peach preserves and salsa
- Pour mixture and cook for 30 minutes on high covered
Spaghetti and Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 chopped onion
- 16 oz. packaged/cooked meatballs
- 26 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 15 oz. drained canned diced tomatoes
- 1 and 1/3 cups of water
- 2 handfuls of spaghetti broken in half
Directions
- Place chopped onions in slow cooker on low; top meatballs and diced tomatoes
- Add spaghetti sauce and stir gently
- Add water and stir gently
- Cover and cook on low of 6-7 hours or on high for 3.5 hours until onions are tender
- Stir then add spaghetti; stir again to cover spaghetti
- Cover and cook on high for 25 minutes covered
Slow cooked party pork
Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs. of bone in pork shoulder
- 1 cup of grape jelly
- 1 cup of ketchup
- ¼ tsp of allspice
Directions
- Add pork to slow cooker.
- Combine jelly, ketchup and all spice and pour over pork
- Cook on low for 8-12 hours covered
