Love’s Travel Stops is making life a bit easier for Freightliner truck drivers with a new partnership. Beginning this spring, select Love’s Truck Care and Speedco locations throughout the United States will begin offering light mechanical repairs, roadside emergency services and field service recalled campaigns as part of its new partnership with Daimler Truck North America (DTNA). The collaboration promises customers invaluable repair support along their journeys.
This collaboration aims to provide drivers better availability for parts, assurance in the quality of repairs and simplified warranty claim filing processes.
“With this complementary offering to our own service network, we will provide Freightliner customers the increased support and convenience they need to keep the world moving,” said Drew Backeberg, senior vice president, Aftermarket, DTNA.
“We know that time is money for professional drivers, and we’re excited to introduce a new service touch point to help get Freightliner drivers back on the road quickly,” said Gary Price, executive vice president of total truck care solutions for Love’s. “Working with DTNA and Freightliner dealers, we will have the systems in place to maximize uptime for our mutual customers.”
More details on this partnership and the service offerings it will provide will be available in spring of this year.
