Job Description

CDL-A Delivery Truck Driver – Experience Required 

At McLane, experience pays! Do you have previous route/foodservice delivery experience? If so, start as high as our top rate of pay. McLane Shawnee drivers can make up to $92,000 per year and our experienced drivers earn even more. We are currently offering a $10,000 sign on bonus (depending on experience).

  • Drivers can make up to $92,000 per year. 
  • Starting pay commensurate with experience. 
  • Sign-on bonus: $10,000 depending on experience.
  • Route bids with set schedules are currently available. 
  • Extra Board Drivers get 2 Set Days Off each week – Guaranteed. 
  • Day 1 Benefits such as medical, dental, vision and company-paid life insurance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • At least 21 years of age. 
  • Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A).  
  • At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor trailer driving experience. 
  • Meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.  
  • Strong customer service skills. 

Candidates will be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
