Snowplow Drivers
Summary: Immediately seeking Part-Time On- Call Snowplow Drivers, specifically CDL A drivers to perform snow and ice maintenance operations in the Dallas, TX area. This position requires performing a variety of tasks related to highway/roadway snow and ice maintenance, as well as adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Jorgensen Company policies and procedures.
Salary: $33/hr AND end of season bonus!
Schedule: Part Time- On-Call. Must be able to work 12 hours shifts with short notice once calls come in to clear roads. Attendance required for paid pre-season training offered on Saturdays. Snow season runs September – May. This paid training is approximately 4-6 hours and will cover
routes, vehicle operations, and basic onboarding courses. Further communication will be provided upon hire.

Required Experience:
- CDL A or CLD B license
- Clean driving record is essential
- Must pass criminal background checks
- Preferred Experience:
- Snowplow experience
- Roadway maintenance experience
- Wheel Loader, Skidsteer, Fork Lift, Asphalt Roller, etc operator
- MOT Certifications (traffic control)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Maintain company standards for background checks (i.e. criminal record, driving record and controlled substance/drug testing)
- Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations
- Carry out simple arithmetic functions
- Maintain proper safety equipment required for each job
- Knowledge and ability to adapt to the latest technology
- Ability to use smart phone and applications
- Ability to adjust to changing work schedule
- Ability to work safely under ranging environmental and weather conditions
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly while twisting; other strenuous manual labor may be required
- Ability to operate hand/power tools

Guardrail Maintenance Technician
Summary: Currently seeking full-time Guardrail Maintenance Technicians to perform highway maintenance operations in the Dallas, Texas area. This position is based in Grand Prairie, TX and requires performing a variety of tasks related to highway maintenance, debris removal, sign and guardrail repair, concrete repair, etc. as well as adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Jorgensen Company policies and procedures.
Schedule: Full time; Monday – Friday, day shift, with some night and weekend work if needed. Must be able to work during snow and ice events. 7:30am-4pm. Occasional overtime available.

- Must have a valid Driver & License
- Roadway or guardrail maintenance experience
- Concrete forming/repair experience
- Wheel Loader, Skidsteer, ForkLift, Asphalt Roller, etc operator
