FedEx Ground contractor has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for full-time and part-time delivery drivers in the Scranton, PA area.

Delivery drivers will be operating out of the Scranton terminal (located at 99 Freeport Road, Pittston, PA 18640) with delivery routes servicing commercial and residential areas. Our drivers will be operating transit vans, 12-18 ft step vans, and box trucks provided by the employer.

CDL License is NOT Required!

Starting Pay: $18/hour

Work Hours: 8:00AM – delivery completion (typically 5PM)

Full Time: Monday thru Friday or Tuesday thru Saturday

Part Time: Monday or Saturday or Both Days

Delivery Driver Requirements:

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
• 1 Year of verifiable job-related driving experience in the last 3 years
• Must be willing to undergo a background check
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Physical Exam (Paid by Employer!)
• Physically able to manage packages up to 150 pounds

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Arrive at FedEx terminal in Pittston to pick up vehicle and packages
• Loading and unloading packages from the truck
• Make approximately 145 stops a day accurately using a GPS system
• Scan and Log Packages

Our FedEx Ground company is looking for people who have been Local Drivers, Route Drivers, Truck Drivers, Couriers, Pick Up Drivers, Delivery drivers – and if you have driven for UPS, Amazon, previous FedEx companies, DHL, Wal-Mart, Uber, Lyft or any other similar companies is a plus.
